I’m Shem Spillane, a Canadian English communication coach based in Ecuador. Since 2020, I’ve completed more than 6,000 online classes with young learners.
I built ThinkSpeak around something I kept seeing: many bright children knew far more English than they could actually use. They did not need more pressure. They needed better questions, enough thinking time, and someone who genuinely listened to their answers.
